Pastor Richard Kevin Clinton

Born on August 8,1964 in Greenville, Texas to George and
Elizabeth Clinton.
He was raised attending Emmanuel Missionary Baptist
Church of Greenville. It was at Emmanuel where he was
saved and baptized in 1977.
He graduated from Greenville High School in 1982. On
March 5,1983, he married his high school sweet heart,
DeLinda S. Waddell. Their first son, Kyle, was born in
1986.
After announcing his call to preach the Gospel, on Sept.
22, 1985 Emmanuel licensed him to preach. In 1986, he
left Greenville to attend Texas Baptist Institute and
Seminary in Henderson Texas. In 1989, Emmanuel
ordained him as a minister of the Gospel. While attending
Seminary and pastoring his first church, New Hope MBC of
Moss Hill, TX, DeLinda gave birth to their daughter, Stacy.
Pastor Clinton was called to Victory MBC of Sherman, TX
in October 1989. While pastoring Victory he drove back
and forth to complete his Seminary training and graduated
in 1991 with a Bachelor of English Bible Diploma.
In 1991, God blessed Pastor Kevin and DeLinda with
another son, Brian. In 1996, Pastor Clinton was called to
pastor Johntown MBC of Bogata TX and 6 months later
was called to pastor Woodlawn MBC of Denison, TX.
While pastoring at Woodlawn MBC, pastor Clinton was
called of God to go and begin a new church in McKinney,
TX. So, in 2001, under the sponsorship and guidance of
Sublett Road BC of Arlington, Liberty MBC was begun.
On May 6, 2001 Liberty MBC had its first Sunday meeting.
In December 2007, Liberty MBC began meeting in our
current location at 5944 Franklin Branch Road.
As of 2008 Pastor Clinton has 19 years of experience in
the ministry. He invites you to come to any of our
services and hear a Bible based message and receive a
warm welcome from a friendly church family.
